251 Dekalb - Brand Identity
A complete brand identity for a transformative residential offering in the King of Prussia, Philadelphia. The site consisted of 5 rectangular buildings, all fully renovated with a black and white facade. The architects were inspired by the artist Mondrian which informed this art themed visual identity. A black and while color palette dominated the brand as a visual link to the building exterior. The modular system mimicked the layout of the all 5 buildings on the property. And a simple mud map of the layout can be see in the logo below when the address is hidden.
