CHALLENGE:
Jadex is a manufacturing company with a portfolio of brands and products. They needed a visual identity, tagline, and campaign to represent all of their brands together and separately and still look like part of the same campaign.
Their advertisements were extremely complex and lacked human qualities. The emphasis was too heavy on the manufacturing process rather than exploring opportunities for Jadex to become more of a lifestyle brand with a story to tell.
There was no unifying visual system to link everything together and their products were extremely varied ranging from plastic cutlery and straws to marine antennas, weed trimmer line, and hundreds of high-quality medical products including child safety caps and COVID testing kits. It was a lot to unpack.
SOLUTION:
What was interesting when we dug in, we realized the Jadex product line includes so many products we don't think about every day but they are part of our everyday lives. So much creativity and thought goes into their design and function so we decided to make the products themselves a feature of the brand. Using close-up macro photography and product patterns and formations, each product is represented as a work of art.
Sustainability and environmental responsibility is a big part of the evolution of many of Jadex's products. As part of the campaign, we featured this information in an infographic style on ads to build awareness around the progress being made by Jadex without compromising quality and function.
The client was blown away by the outcome and said they had no idea they could actually be a "cool brand".
